Augsburg - Day 3 - First Day High
June 11, 2008Monday, Day 3 in Augsburg. First day in the office. I am not quite surprised in the environment as i am used to it when i was in Bigfoot. In fact, i missed it…heheh..sarcastically…hehe.. anyways, we had our orientation on how to make a coffee by one of the employees here named Bahador, and indian national. It was really a very bitter coffee..we haved consumed quite a lot of sugar cubes..hehe..\\// to the owner… then we had set up the pc…installed what we needed for development.
Later in the after, our manager had toured us to where we should shop as we had everything we need there. We only bought a fresh milk and a 2 kilos rice. I consumed around 2 euros and a cent more..hehe..i am really into saving as i know for the fact that i can save much…a lot..probably.
After Ralph, drove us home. We rested for a while and decided to in an instant to have a walk as their night is as brighter as the day, because of the daylight savings time.
So went to a nowhere place, i can hardly say the streets but as far as i can remember there are lots of store in their, restaurants and some other places where almost all people stayed. I guess that was the center area of Augsburg..(i really don’t know, just guessing..hehee)
Tired after a walk and taking pictures, we slept. It was only me rather who slept. I don’t know what the two (actually lovers) have been doing that night. As far as i can remember, logically, we just got a walk before that, and i’m sure we got tired (of course), the lady is wearing a pajama, and to think that it is really very cold outside (i don’t know if she has able to surpass the coldness)…and i guess no other place to stay in the hotel except in the pool and the boy’s room…ahhhh..i don’t know what to say! It’s there’s and it’s not for me to find out … i guess! heheheh..

Travel to Augsburg - Day 1-Day 2
First time to be away from my family for 3 months. Almost everybody went to take me to the airport. My mama, papa, sister Aila, sister Mona and her children (kim, kom, david) and my brother Randy, who drove us to the Mactan International Airport. I was quite busy on my phone, make sure i am able to turn on the roaming on my sim so that i will have communication with my family, but i know internet will do.
We arrived at the airport just in time required for international travelers for check in of baggage to start. I bade goodbye to my mama, papa and my sisters and nieces and nephew. I have teary eyes that day, but can hardly be noticed as i guess it was because of my excitement, and don’t know wht else to feel that day. I can still remember how my nephew David bade me goodbye many times, quoting–”Bye Auntie…”.. (oops i got teary eyes as i typed this one uttering the words at the same time 
… )
Here’s comes the boarding time. I forgot to get my terminal fee for the t&e file, it’s my bad.”Nagtinanga jud ko…huhuhu”. It took us almost 9 hours going to DOHA airport, that is in Qatar. Then, there we stayed for an hour waiting for our next flight to Munich. I’ve seen, different types of people, but mostly dark, i think Indians, others are Muslims. I find it amazing though, how in that day, i saw different nationalities in a very big airport. And also, i was amazed by the place. It is really very big. I think Mactan is only 1/8 of it. Then 5 hours more to travel to Munich. Eat a lot of different foods. I think new in my stomach. But it’s good though. Finally, we arrived at Munich, and really a big airport again. Twa’s Sunday, when we arrived there and maybe that’s why you can hardly see people, only those who are just arriving and waiting for other people to arrive. There a shuttle service was waiting for us. When we got out of the airport, we were horrified(!!!) on how cold the place was. It was quite rainy though, but still we find it new that the place was cold. Thought of an airconditioning system is in the sky…hehe.. 1 hour travel to Augsburg, where our final destination is. My collegues and I were quite talkative at first but as the trip went far, they become silent, they fell asleep. But as for me, i did not sleep, well, tried not to sleep so that i can watch the beautiful places, and maybe, won’t let the driver think of such things about us…hehe..dat’s me..
Arrived at the hotel, got our baggaged and arranged it in the cabinet. We were so tired and a little hungry. We slept all day, waiting for Ralph(our manager) as he will be taking us to a welcome dinner. Eat a bigger serving, one which we are not used to,except to my collegue…hehe…i won’t mention names. The food taste good though but it’s much tastier if instead of potato (somewhat like mashed potato) is rice..hehe..but anyways, i have to make us of it, as i will be staying here for quite a long time.
